A couple of weeks ago while coming back from Vancouver BC, where they were opening for "of Montreal", they had a bad traffic accident, no one was seriously hurt but they lost their van, all their equipment and all their gear. what is it with bands and van accidents? obviously, they drive lots of unsafe vans in unsafe conditions, but its amazing how many of these things happen. and the song is pretty good, that keyboard gives it a Doors-esque vibe. --- Heard this for the first time the other day - Spins by Potty Mouth -- this sounds like vintage early 90s indie rock Doors. Exactly what I thought of.

Perhaps that explains Rob Ford. I am hoping to see a ROB FORD 2016 campaign on twitter soon. ya know, instagram has only become a big thing since the old cove died. it also appeals to a very young audience, its core audience is teens. its the world's worst collection of selfies; even if they could take good interesting pictures, that's not what they post. Ain't that the truth!

There are two things everyone wants, to be connected and to be famous. Twitter feeds into both of those needs, even though no one really reads all the tweets of the peeps that they follow. Also, celebs love it because it feeds into their ego and fans love it because it allows them to think they are collected to their favorite celeb. (There is a guy in Germany who replies to every single one of Taryn Southern's tweets.) Also, business like it for promoting goods. There are certain companies (like Walmart) that have auto tweets set up or actual people who respond whenever you mention its name (Kind of like an Internet version of Bloody Mary.) promotion & free advertising (somewhat) - period. Not all read every tweet but some do and it works.

This is truly an inspirational album for anyone by one of my favorite artist, Amy Grant, whom I grew up listening to. Sheryl Crow, Carole King and James Taylor are also featured here---added bonus! These songs speak to so people on so many different levels and I absolutely recommend this album for anyone!

Everything these days is getting a Nolanesque dark and gritty reboot - Super Mario Bros is no exception. Here is the first of the four shorts. I think they help prove the point that YouTube is the median of artists that grew up playing video games. Awesome! I kicked butt playing my brothers Nintendo back in the day-love me some Mario! And Zelda-yeah I was not so good at that one tho!

i have few other fun things I will try to track down. Back just before Spencer was introduced, there was a chat event with the creators where they forgot to turn off the microphone and we actually heard them reciting some language for an upcoming video and discussing plot, among other juicy tidbits. It was unbelievable, but we didn't post the audio online, as we didn't want to hurt the show. Does anyone else around remember that? spill it! i wanna hear it

Twitter reaches so many more people if you are trying to promote a business, in my opinion - people that who may not follow you. I like twitter but just now really understanding it Now - what's up with Facebook? So I have a business page and can monitor how many "reaches" my status update gets. Why when you post a status update with an attached picture does it reach such a low number of people versus just a plain text status update - the amount of people that is reaches like triples..... anyone know what I am talking about?

Here is a little gem. This was taken on June 21, 2006, in Bree's bedroom. This is the laptop the early videos were filmed on, you can see a shot of bree wearing her boa on the screen. See the magazine. I never posted this before, but now Mesh has been out of that apartment for years, so it doesn't matter. Here, for the first time, the location of Bree's Bedroom, revealed: That is a gem you kept hidden!
