Ya'll probably have seen this all over the Internet, but I figured I'd post it just in case someone hadn't. These are excerpts from Justin Bieber's deposition in a case involving his bodyguard hitting a photographer. In summary, Bieber looks like an idiot. Granted depos are about as boring as anything you can imagine and they are long to boot (this one was apparently 4.5 hours), but still he's got to be paying his lawyer a small fortune (good for him) and he should have done a better job preparing him/reigning him in.

Also, I'm curious how TMZ got the depo, I can only think of one way, one of the lawyers released it. I'm guessing it wasn't Bieber's.
